The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi. The dining options were excellent, with a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. We also enjoyed the leisure swimming pool and the free Wi-Fi in our rooms.

They had a variety of indoor games like billiards, foosball, and table tennis, which were ideal for families with kids. The swings in the excellent condition playground were a hit with the children. We also enjoyed the activities scheduled during the day, such as movie shows and magic shows. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a lot of variety for breakfast and lunch. The hotel's location in Saj on the mountains provided a beautiful view.

Convenient Location, Good Food, and Attentive Staff

Spent Christmas at this hotel and overall had a decent stay. The hotel had a great location, with easy access to several key attractions nearby including several strawberry farms within a 15 min drive. The food was quite enjoyable and offered a good variety of options. Staff was very attentive and helpful, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The rooms were average and could do with some improvement. the hotel had some inconsistencies with room types, which made it difficult to determine whether certain rooms were worth the upgrade or not.

I had an amazing time during my recent mountain getaway. The resort had the most comfortable rooms with all modern facilities including a tea and coffee maker. The food was a gastronomical delight with a great variety of vegetarian cuisines and outstanding staff service. Additionally, the recreational room was great for indoor activities and the spa services were top-notch.

There were a few negatives during my stay. The resort needs some renovations and the housekeeping service could have been better.
